Dimension H&S Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14308206). We provide ISO consultancy, health and safety services, and coaching, mentoring and podcast under the trading name Coaching Dimensions.

Retention: We will retain contact form enquiries for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to fulfil any subsequent business relationship, after which they will be securely deleted.

Email Newsletter Subscriptions

Data collected: Email address.

Purpose: To send you updates, news, and information about our services that you have requested by subscribing.

Lawful basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) — you actively subscribe and can withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention: We will hold your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your details will be removed promptly.

Data collected: Anonymised or pseudonymised data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This data is collected via Wix Analytics.

Wix stores data on servers in the USA, EU, and Israel. Dimension H&S Ltd has signed Wix's Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which, If data is transferred outside the UK, Wix should confirm the safeguards in place in their standard terms and conditions.
