Who Are We

Dimension H&S Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14308206). We provide ISO consultancy, health and safety services, and coaching, mentoring and podcast under the trading name Coaching Dimensions.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Dimension H&S Ltd is the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website.

Contact Form Submissions

Data collected: Name, email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.

​Purpose: To respond to your enquiry.

​Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) it is in both our and your interest to be able to respond to a direct enquiry you have chosen to submit.

​Retention: We will retain contact form enquiries for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to fulfil any subsequent business relationship, after which they will be securely deleted.

Email Newsletter Subscriptions

​Data collected: Email address.

​Purpose: To send you updates, news, and information about our services that you have requested by subscribing.

​Lawful basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) — you actively subscribe and can withdraw your consent at any time.

​Retention: We will hold your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your details will be removed promptly.

Your right to withdraw consent:

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@dimensionhs.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Website Analytics (Cookies)

Data collected: Anonymised or pseudonymised data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This data is collected via Wix Analytics.

​Purpose: To understand how our website is used and to improve the user experience.

​Lawful basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) in accordance with PECR, non-essential cookies require your consent before being placed on your device. You will be asked for this consent via our cookie banner when you first visit the site.

Usercentrics and Wix manage cookies for the website with the permission of Dimension H&S Ltd, with optional cookies available to website users. 

Third-Party Data Processors

We use Wix.com Ltd as our website platform and hosting provider. In this capacity, Wix acts as a data processor on our behalf, meaning they process data at our direction and under our control.

Wix stores data on servers in the USA, EU, and Israel. Dimension H&S Ltd has signed Wix's Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which, If data is transferred outside the UK, Wix should confirm the safeguards in place in their standard terms and conditions. 

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

International Transfers

Our website is hosted by Wix.com, whose servers are located in the United States, the European Union, and Israel. Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, such transfers are made in accordance with the requirements of UK GDPR, and appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

  • Right of access to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Right to rectification to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Right to erasure to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances

  • Right to restrict processing to ask us to limit how we use your data

  • Right to data portability to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (where processing is based on consent or contract)

  • Right to object to object to processing based on legitimate interests

  • Rights related to automated decision-making we do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling in respect of your personal data
